On Saturday, March 23, former North Port High School standout Emani Jefferson’s current collegiate team the Florida Gulf Coast Eagles lost 73-70 against the Oklahoma Sooners in the NCAA Division I Basketball Championship Tournament.
Hosted in Bloomington, Indiana, this was the first game against the Oklahoma Sooners during the championship.
