On Friday, Jan. 31, former Port Charlotte High School standout Damien Ashley’s current college team, the USC Aiken Pacers, won 18-3 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Mars Hill Mountain Lions.

The game took place at Roberto Hernandez Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Mountain Lions this season.

The Pacers’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 1 at 2 p.m. at Roberto Hernandez Stadium against Mars Hill Mountain Lions.
