Of the 50 people living in Pine Island in 2020, 34 percent (17) were women and 66 percent (33) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the West Florida News.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 16. In the 65 and over age range, there were 17 females and 17 males.
