On Saturday, Feb. 1, former Venice Senior High School standout Nate Winterhalter’s current college team, the Lander Bearcats, won 4-2 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Erskine Flying Fleet.
The game took place at Grier Field. This was their second matchup against the Flying Fleet this season.
The Bearcats’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 1 at 2:45 p.m. at Grier Field against Erskine Flying Fleet.
