Charlotte County issued the following announcement on July 30.
Olean Boulevard from Harbor Boulevard to Easy Street will be reopened to through traffic Monday, Aug. 2.
The Public Works Department reminds motorists to remain alert at all times and to exercise caution when traveling in the vicinity of construction zones.
