County of Charlotte issued the following announcement on Nov. 5.
Sidewalk repairs on Peachland Boulevard between Beacon Drive and Agatha Avenue will require lane closures from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily beginning Monday, Nov. 8 until Friday, Nov. 12. Advanced warning signs will be in place to aid travel through this area. Travelers are encouraged to choose an alternate route when possible or allow extra time when planning to travel through this area.
The Public Works Department reminds motorists to remain alert at all times and to exercise caution when traveling in the vicinity of construction zones.
