Charlotte County issued the following announcement on Dec. 1.
The Charlotte County Community Services Department will begin repair and maintenance of the Port Charlotte Beach Park bocce court on Dec. 13, 2021. One court will be closed at a time to allow for continued use of the amenity. Patrons are encouraged to use caution and maintain awareness of their surrounding while utilizing the open court. The project is expected to last three weeks.
