Beginning January 3, 2023, the Charlotte County Utilities Department will resume shutoffs for non-payment and late payment fees for our water and wastewater customers.
Due to Hurricane Ian, the Charlotte County Utilities Department suspended shutoffs and late payment fees for non-payment.
