Does this sound familiar? Do you remember our #WarrantWednesday post from last week? DeSoto County Sheriff’s Office deputies were watching Vernon Nathaniel Davis like a hawk, after he had an active local warrant. Just days later he’s now busted, BEHIND bars of the DeSoto County Jail!
Deputy Marino responded to 1159 SW Rainbow Avenue on Sunday, March 6, searching for Vernon to serve the active warrant. Deputy Thurek spotted Vernon, then deputies were led on a CHASE after he fled! When deputies caught him, they found cocaine which he was charged for accordingly.
Vernon was arrested for violation of Resisting an Officer without Violence, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of Controlled Substance.
